Dragon Group employing over 12000 skilled work forces and the Group is centrally connected from its Corporate office situated in its own 18 storied building – “Dragon Tower” which is located in heart of Dhaka City.

The corporate  office is responsible for all decision making, Marketing/Merchandising, Central Planning Department,  Production, Yarn and Accessories tracking, Finance&Accounts, HR , Commercial.

This office is also Managing the operation of Shanghai  office which is the sourcing hub of the company from mainland China  and is also responsible for UK office which is involved in  Marketing.

Dragon Group is a socially responsible employer and gives  special emphasis on Empowerment of Women in all its units.

We are an  ISO 9001/2000 certified  company with excellent working ambiance.

Our in-house ERP is the backbone of our group, where online tracking available from fiber to apparel packing.

Sampling and Product Development

Dragon Group having its own in-house product design and development team. Having more than 200 creative team member with exclusive 10 designers responsible for collecting and receiving sketches from the  customers and developing those as per the requirements of the customer in  accordance to yarn quality and specs.

At the same time the  department is responsible to visit different countries in Europe,  America and Asia to collect samples and designs from various stores. Based on these collection new breed of styles are created.

The department is using latest design tools, and they keep upgrading the skills and trend forecasting.
